Terms and Conditions
Atlasspring Last updated: 8 October 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of atlaspring.com (the "Website") and your purchase of digital products from Atlasspring ("we", "us", "our"), a business registered in the Republic of Ghana operating in technology support services. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. About our products
We sell digital products: IT troubleshooting guides, security checklists and technology how-to resources. Products are delivered electronically in formats such as PDF, DOCX and PPTX. No physical goods are shipped. Each product page describes what is included, the formats provided and any software requirements.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, to purchase from the Website. You agree to provide accurate information when ordering. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
3. Prices and currency
- All prices are set and charged in Ghana cedis (GHS) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- The Website offers an optional display of approximate prices in US dollars (USD). These USD figures are estimates based on a regularly updated exchange rate, are provided for convenience only, and do not form part of the price. You will always be charged the GHS amount shown at checkout.
- If you pay with a card or account in another currency, your bank or provider may apply its own exchange rate and fees.
- We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
4. Ordering and payment
When you place an order, we confirm receipt and send you instructions to complete payment using the methods we accept (such as mobile money or bank transfer, or a secure online payment provider where available). A contract between you and us is formed when your payment is confirmed and we send your download links. We do not store your full card or mobile money details. Unpaid orders may be cancelled after 7 days.
5. Delivery
After payment is confirmed, download links are shown on your order page and sent to the email address you provided. Download links are personal to you, may be time-limited, and may be limited to a reasonable number of downloads; you can request fresh links by contacting us. You are responsible for downloading and backing up your files. Template links (such as Canva, Google or Notion copy links) give you your own copy to edit.
6. Licence to use our products
All products are licensed, not sold. On full payment we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the product in accordance with these Terms and the licence type you purchased.
Single-User Licence: guides are licensed to one person. The Small Office Cybersecurity Starter Kit includes an Organisation Licence permitting internal use and adaptation of its policies and awareness materials within one organisation.
Unless your licence expressly permits otherwise, you may not:
- resell, sublicense, share, distribute, upload or give away the files or template links, in original or modified form;
- claim our products or designs as your own work, or remove copyright notices;
- use our products in any unlawful, misleading or harmful way.
We may revoke your licence and disable access if you breach these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Website and in our products, including text, designs, graphics, illustrations, code, templates and logos, is owned by or licensed to Atlasspring and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws of Ghana and international treaties. Except for the licence granted in section 6, no rights are transferred to you.
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
