   We collect the issues people actually face through our support work and customer questions.

2. STEP 02

   Reproduce it

   Where possible, we recreate the problem on test machines running the relevant operating system version.

3. STEP 03

   Write the fix

   We document each step, capture screenshots and order fixes from safest to most advanced.

4. STEP 04

   STEP 04

   Test with non-experts

   Someone who did not write the guide follows it from start to finish. If they get stuck, we rewrite.

5. STEP 05

   STEP 05

   Review regularly

   Guides are reviewed after major operating system updates and revised when menus or settings change.
